Mocha Firing Case – BSP Leader Son On 14 Days Judicial Custody

Metropolitan magistrate Geetanjali Goel sent Vivek, son of BSP leader Chandraveer Singh, to Tihar Jail on Judicial Custody for 14 days till January 6,2010.
Vivek 27 , had fired from His Licensed Pistol afteran altercation with the staff of the Mocha resto-bar in Nehru Place , Delhi around 11.45am yesterday.
Vivek Fled From the Spot after the incident But surrendered today at 7.30 Am before Delhi Police
