REACTION ON INDIAN RAILWAY BUDGET

MS.BENERJEE announced the INDIAN RAILWAY BUDGET in lok sabha yesterday,didi announced a number of projects keeping eyes firmly on the coming elections of BENGOL.these days the politics of BENGOL is moving around the nandigram and singur that is why didi has focused mainly on these two destinations. MS.BENERJEE has not increased the railway fairs. According to MS.BENERJEE this year the railway budget will cost over RS 1lakh crores and the earning of the railways last year was RS 86,644 crores, which means that the railway may suffer a big loss.railway minister has also decreased the ticked booking rates by RS 10 for the AC fairs and RS 5 for the sleeper class.
According to the PRIME MINISTER MANMOHAN SINGH this budget is the “COMMON MAN’S BUDGET”
According to the Jayalalithaa :-this budget is the common man’s budget to some extent to some extent because of no increase in the railway fairs but the completion of announcements of projects made by the railway minister this year is not less then a dream because most of the announcements made last year are still incomplete. Jayalalithaa said that” Mamata has ‘hijacked’ rail ministry.

The railway minister of INDIA MS.MAMTA BANERJEE announced the railway budget in lok sabha. This was MS.BANERJEE’S third railway budget and there was nothing new in this budget,this budget was the ordinary one and was same as everyone expected.DIDI surprised everyone by giving no surprise in her budget, as she has her eyes focused firmly on the coming elections of the wast bengol,she focused mainly on the west bengol starting a number of train and projects for the bengol.These days the politics of the bengol is moving around the Nandigram and Singur that’s why She has announced major projects for Nandigram and Singur where she had launched a successful political battle some years ago.The main highlight about this budget is that there is NO INCREASE IN FAIRS that’s why this budget can be called as the common people‘s budget,these days when the rates of everything is going higher and higher, didi has decreased the booking rates of the tickets by RS 10 for AC class and RS 5 for general class. Ms.BENERJEE announced a number of projects and new trains, 172 rail-over-bridges (ROBs) and 240 Rail Under Bridges (RUBs) this fiscal while most of the projects announced last year’s budget are still incomplete,keeping the coming elections in mind railway minister has gifted 15 new suburban trains and 34 new Metro services for Kolkata which was not at all surprising.KERALA has got nothing neither any new train nor project which was not at all surprising.except the projects for the BENGOL didi has started nine new Duronto trains, three new Shatabdis and 56 new express trains The run of 33 trains will be extended and the frequency of 17 will be increased. Mumbai gets 47 new suburban train services. In Chennai, nine more service this budget can be called THE BUDGET FOR BENGOL.

Eden garden,popularly called the Lords of ASIA, the oldest indian cricket ground may not be able to host the INDIA-ENGLAND worldcup match on feb27 due to the incomplete ground infrastructure.firstly RAMESH PAWAR the president of the ICC decided to change the venue for the INDIA-ENGLAND match because of the no assurance given by the cricket association of bengal (CAB) but due to the plea made by the chief minister of the bengal ICC reconsidered the decision of changing the venue and has given CAB the final deadline of feb 7.According to the CAB president Jagmohan Dalmiya the visit to check the work was made ecactly 30 days before the match date and they have much time to complete the work.Now the BENGAL government is also looking into the progress of the work to bring back the shifted match to kolkata.

Why BSNL Banned Chinese Vendors From Bidding on GSM Expansion Deal

State Owned Telecom Giant BSNL has banned Chinese Vendors Huawei and ZTE from bidding for its Rs 2,000-crore contract for supply of 55 lakh GSM lines for its Northern and Eastern zones. BSNL has confirmed that only three Western vendors — Ericsson, Nokia Siemens and Alcatel Lucent — can participate in the bidding process.

Indian Industrialist are not happy with the Government decision. As products from western vendors are much more expensive than Chinese vendors. According to Indian Government directive, equipments from Chinese Vendors can not be installed in circles that share international boundaries.

It seems to me that Government don’t trust telecom equipments from Chinese Vendors as it can use for hacking and surveillance purposes. But Since Indian President is on China’s tour it could be a setback for diplomatic negotiations

Milkha Singh – Flying Sikh Coming Soon On Silver Screen

Bollywood filmmaker Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra has revealed plans to make a biographical film on the life of Indian ace athlete Milkha Singh ( The Flying Sikh ) .

According to Mehra, Mr.Singh iis providing full cooperation and is involved in the ground work of Film. Milkha Singh has also confirmed the news and is happy that Bollywood is doing efforts to inspire the younger generation.

“There is so much darkness in today’s society. The youngsters today are looking for too much and, here in our backyard, we have something. There are some examples, which were burning once, but for me, burning even brighter today,” Mehra said.

Milkha Singh , whose parents were brutally murdered in front of him during partition in 1947 is the only Indian athlete till date who has broken an Olympic record.

Milkha Singh won Gold medals in both 200m and 400m events at the Tokyo Asian Games in 1958. At the Cardiff Commonwealth Games held the same year, he improved his 400m timing to 46.16 seconds, and grabbed a Gold medal again.

Ad filmmaker and lyricist Prasoon Joshi would team up with Mehra in ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’, which is the first biographical film to be made on a sports icon.

“It is not a eulogy, it is not an attempt to make a documentary on him; this is an attempt to really see what goes behind the making of a great person,” said Joshi.

The duo had worked earlier in Bollywood film ‘Dilli 6′ and the National Award-winning movie ‘Rang De Basanti’.

“I would be happy when India will produces more Milkha Singhs from its soil…I want that parents should watch the movie and inspire their kids to become more great players and make their country proud,” said Singh.

Shahbaz Sharif, chief minister of Punjab Province of Pakistan has created a buzz in Pakistan politics by making a statement that Punjabi Taliban (terrorists) should not carry out any attacks in Punjab. The political leaders and publish of Pakistan is stunned, as this statement clearly implies that Taliban can continue their activities in the rest of country.

The chief minister, Shahbaz Sharif, also said that the terrorism in Pakistan is the result of the wrong policies of Musharraf regime and the country was now paying a heavy price for those policies.

Anyhow, The statement has created a lot of buzz in blogosphere too and has become the hottest topic to discuss on Pakistani forums.

UPDATE – I got a call from MR. Vishwas of Link Intime Mumbai and everything is resolved now. After getting the response, I found that the fault was of my Bank and not of Link Intime.

I take my words back and really liked the quick response of Link Intime. Also on the top of it , Mr Vishwas gave me his mobile number in case I face any problem. it was really nice of Him. Also Sure I’m going to meet the guy if I visit Mumbai any time in future.

The Only Recommendation which I like to make is that the employee which attends the phone call should listen to others , because that was the main reason of my bad experience. I called her 4-5 times but She never gave me a chance to explain my problem .

Now , Since the issue has been resolved, I am going to delete all the old content , as I think it may effect the company reputation which the company doesn’t deserve.

UN Snow Melt Claims Were Copied From Student Essay

According to UK newspaper The Telegraph, UN Intergovernmental Panel of Climate Change’s (IPCC) claim about snow melting on mountain was copied from a Geography’s Student essay which was published in mountaineering magazine.

This is the third goof up made by IPCC which came in to light in last two weeks. In 2007, the IPCC had stated that observed reductions in mountain ice in the Andes, Alps and Africa was caused by global warming and it referred to two papers as the source of the information.

But according to The Telegraph, The report was copied from the essay of geography student who was studying for a master’s degree at the University of Bern in Switzerland that quoted interviews with mountain guides in the Alps.

The earlier goof-ups of IPCC includes the warning that Himalayan glaciers will melt by 2025 due to global warning which was based on an article written by a scientist from Jawahar Lal Nehru University in Delhi and the warning that 40 percent of Amazon rain forest will be wiped out due to Global warming

JustDial Obtained Injunction against Portal Askme.in

India’s biggest Local Search Justdial is successful in Obtaining an injunction against Infomedia 18 Information portal Askme. Justdial alleged Infomedia for copying up their complete database for their latest Information Portal Askme.in thereby infringing Just Dial’s copyright in its valuable database.

Justice Indermeet Kaur has granted an exparte injunction against Infomedia 18, restraining them from infringing Just Dial’s copyright and from running the website askme.in till the next date of hearing.

Court has also appointed two lawyers as local commissioners to seize hard disks and other storage media from Infomedia offices in Delhi and Mumbai containing any part of the commercial or business directory database belonging to Just Dial.

The seized items will be placed before the court as and when asked for, HC specified. The court was hearing a suit filed by Just Dial where the firm alleged that a rival portal was using its database and creating large scale copyright violation.

Urging HC to grant a permanent injunction and bar the other website from carrying out business, Just Dial also brought to HC’s attention how identical spelling mistakes can be found in both the databases, indicating it was simply lifted from the original and marketed as different.
