1. China :- This Country has the most sophisticated System to censor the internet which is also referred as the ” The Great Firewall of China”. They  can Block any blog or website which they think as non appropriate, They had blocked lot of events like tibet protest or even twitter various times, They have big workforce of around 30,000 heads to monitor all the internet activities in country which is biggest in all world .

2.Iran :- The Government has advanced Semantic Filter System to block all anti-islamic websites in Country.The Government also tries to slow down the speed of broadband from time-to-time to prevent users from western influences like music , movies etc .

3.Saudi Arabia :- They Have complex Censorship in Country and even have criminal  laws for people who access any such website. The Censorship is Done by Internet Service Unit(ISU) while controls all gateways of country and also monitor activities of all ISP  in county

4.United Arab Emirates :- All the telephone and Internet services are owned by government Company Etisalat,which they use to Filter traffic over internet . All websites which are against political, moral or regional issues of country get banned.A survey conducted in 2006 show that 60% of population approve this censorship.

5. Cuba:- Cuba Controls the internet to large extent.All ISP are owned by government which bans all the content which is against the Political social ideology.The punishment is so severe that no body try to access the prohibited Content Because of Fear.All the emails are checked before any body could access them . Selling/buying a personal computer was illegal few months back

6. Syria:- Journalists Consider it as most repressive country in field of internet. Only 2% of whole population has access to internet which is also controlled by Government . All Pornographic and political sensitive websites are banned automatically. You can use only Port 80 to access the internet.If you need FTP or any other service like Skype and VOIP you need to pay extra fees to get authorized.

7. North Korea:- This Country Don’t have internet at all . Only few members of government Have internet connection through satellite link. Few people in country use 3G mobiles and Chinese connections which are censored according to Chinese rules. The country registered .kp as its national extension for TLD but I could not find google.kp anywhere

8. Yemen:- The Government don’t allows freedom of media.The telecommunication infrastructure is under developed and major ISP are owned by Government. Only 1% of Population has access to internet with several limitations.No audio or video data is allowed as it put more load on network.All anti-islamic and Pornographic content is blocked in country.

9. Burma :- Only 1% of population had access to internet. The Price of internet connection is out of reach from major part of population and Broadband connection does not exist for general public.Only pre-approved websites are available to most of the subscribers.Free mail service is blocked compelling people to use state owned email service which could be monitored easily.

10. Pakistan:- Pakistan start Censoring the web in 2000.The main goal is to block all anti-islamic websites. There are only 3 gateways in country which are monitored by government to block all unwanted traffic.

2. Afghanistan :-Known Officially as Islamic Republic of Afghanistan is located approximately in center of Asia and the leading opium producer in World.one of the world’s poorest and least developed. Two-thirds of the population lives on fewer than 2 US dollars a day. Its economy has suffered greatly from the 1979 Soviet invasion and subsequent conflicts, while severe drought added to the nation’s difficulties in 1998–2001.

3. Somalia:- Officially known as Republic Of Somalia. Mos of the Population Follows Islam. Piracy at Somalia Coast is a big threat to international community. The Us don’t have any embassy in Somalia Inter clan fighting and attacks on foreigners are frequent, as are abductions.

4. Sudan:- Sudan Is the the largest Country in Africa and Arab World. It is ranked at the third most politically unstable of country in world according to Failed stats index.The two civil wars took place in sudan From 1955-1972 and 1983-2005. Clashes are common between different communities in Various parts of country

5. Zimbabwe(formerly known as Rhodesia):-Landlocked Country in Souther Part of Africa. Politically unstable Zimbabwe is under the control of President Robert Mugabe, who has been in power since the country’s long war for independence. His rule has been characterized by economic mismanagement, hyperinflation, and widespread reports of human rights abuses.

6. Chad:- Interlocked Country in center of Southafrica.The country is one of the poorest and most corrupt countries in the world; most Chadians live in poverty as subsistence herders and farmers. Since 2003 crude oil has become the country’s primary source of export earnings, superseding the traditional cotton industry.As of 2008, the country of Chad hosts over 280,000 refugees from the Sudan’s Darfur region, over 55,000 from the Central African Republic, as well as over 170,000 internally displaced persons.

7. Guinea:- Officially known as Republic of Guinea.An estimated 170,000 adults and children were living with HIV/AIDS at the end of 2004. The spread of the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Guinea was attributed to factors such as proximity to high-prevalence countries, a large refugee population, internal displacement and subregional instability.

8. Democratic Republic of Congo:- It is the third largest country (by area) in Africa.In eastern Congo, the prevalence and intensity of rape and other sexual violence is described as the worst in the world. A 2006 report by the African Association for the Defence of Human Rights prepared for that committee provides a broad overview of issues confronting women in the DRC in law and in daily life. Women have been raped during warfare and kept as slaves for soldiers. When the women are released, most killed themselves or checked into a hospital where they would die.

9. Central African Republic(CAR):- It borders Chad in the north, Sudan in the east, the Republic of the Congo and the Democratic Republic of the Congo in the south, and Cameroon in the west.The CAR is heavily dependent upon multilateral foreign aid and the presence of numerous NGOs which provide services which the government fails to provide.In 2006 due to ongoing violence, over 50,000 in the country’s north-west were at risk of starvation,and this was only averted thanks to United Nations support.

10.  Federal Republic of Nigeria :-Nigeria’s human rights record remains poor and government officials at all levels continue to commit serious abuses.According to the U.S. Department of State, he most significant human rights problems are: extrajudicial killings and use of excessive force by security forces; impunity for abuses by security forces; arbitrary arrests; prolonged pretrial detention; judicial corruption and executive influence on the judiciary; rape, torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment of prisoners, detainees and suspects; harsh and life‑threatening prison and detention center conditions; human trafficking for the purpose of prostitution and forced labor; societal violence and vigilante killings; child labor, child abuse and child sexual exploitation; female genital mutilation (FGM); domestic violence; discrimination based on sex, ethnicity, region and religion; restrictions on freedom of assembly, movement, press, speech and religion; infringement of privacy rights; and the abridgement of the right of citizens to change the government.
