UPDATE – I got a call from MR. Vishwas of Link Intime Mumbai and everything is resolved now. After getting the response, I found that the fault was of my Bank and not of Link Intime.
I take my words back and really liked the quick response of Link Intime. Also on the top of it , Mr Vishwas gave me his mobile number in case I face any problem. it was really nice of Him. Also Sure I’m going to meet the guy if I visit Mumbai any time in future.
The Only Recommendation which I like to make is that the employee which attends the phone call should listen to others , because that was the main reason of my bad experience. I called her 4-5 times but She never gave me a chance to explain my problem .
Now , Since the issue has been resolved, I am going to delete all the old content , as I think it may effect the company reputation which the company doesn’t deserve.

Hi,
I think this is mismanaged brokerage house.. as they don’t respond to your queries either on email or over phone.. I am also having a similar problem.. with the operator who receives the phone.. she will either not pick up or not listen to what my query is.
Karvy is one of the best company i have come across n dealt with.. they resolve your issues very very promptly..

I have been Harrased by LINKINTIME. IT IS a patheric excuse of a company.
I had applied for premature cancellation of my FD’s but its now a month without any response.
People at call centre say they have not recieved any letter of original FD’s when i have POD.
There is no one to listen to complaints and call centre is horrible.They diconnect calls and are often rude.
Please anyone help me out i am in need of money and what i am going through is beyond words.
I hope i will get help from one of you

Hi,
I’ve been facing a similar problem with Link in time for almost the last two months. I am supposed to receive a refund of Rs. 18,375 which was sent to the wrong bank account and bonced back to them.
I have been calling them and even sent so many e-mails but haven’t received any response from them.
Can someone please let me have Mr. Vishwas’s mobile number so that I can talk to him directly and have this problem resolved.

you have issued a cheque of state bank of india mumbai brance in the name of umesh kumar kesharwani no.362486 dt1-11-2010 amt49000=00 was bounce from bank due to cheque is out of range and deducted rs 75=00 from my account
earlier i have sent email attached with copy of cheque and bank bounce slip.
please do something so i can get refund as soon as possible.
