Assembly Elections in three states of India Maharashtra,Haryana and Arunachal Pardesh completed today, But the Vote Turnaround percentage was very less in all the three states which is not a good indication. It Shows that people are no more interested in participating in this democratic event and have no hopes from any political party.
According to TOI , Maharashtra registered only 60% of voting as compared to 72% in Haryana and Arunachal Pardesh.
Mumbai, which is the Finance Capital of India had registered on 25% of vote turnaround.
It is really shocking that the areas with high literacy rate always have low vote turnaround
