Nokia Touchscreen 5230 is now Available in India

Nokia’s recently launched touchscreen mobile phone 5230 is finally arrived in India and is now available for Purchases in Indian Markets.

According to Techtree, Nokia 5230 is stripped version of 5800 XpressMusic minus the Wi-Fi and the 3.2 megapixel autofocus camera, which has been replaced with a 2 megapixel camera

Nokia 5230 is 3G Enabled and Consumers can Buy it at Rs 9,389.

Nokia had Launched its first touch screen device Nokia 7710 in the fourth quarter of 2004. Currently the company offers 5800 Xpress Music, N97 and N97 “Mini” models in the Touchscreen Category of Mobile Phones.

According to Report “By 2012, 40 per cent of mobile devices will have touch “sensitive” screen and the market size (of touch screen models) would reach 90 million devices”
