If I were in the time of the British reign in India! These are my feelings when I visited India’s capital Delhi. Here I’m to describe its historical glory through it’s historical places & architectures.

Is it the India Gate that draws so many historians towards Delhi? Not only is this but also there many things about Delhi. Here I’ll start with the India Gate. The India Gate is actually the national monument of India at the midst of New Delhi. It stands upright to remind the memory of 90,000 soldiers of the British Indian army who laid down their lives in World War 1 & the third Anglo-Afghan war. It used to contain a statue of King George the fifth under the empty canopy. It was later relocated in the Coronation Park. It has marked as the monument of the Indian Soldiers who died for the country.

Then here comes the Qutub Minar, the most magnificent architecture of the Mughal’s in Delhi according to some historian. Qutd-ud-Din Aibek, sultan of the Slave Dynasty. It’s a tower that stands up to a height of seventy two meters. It’s a sandstone tower with the coverings from the Qur’anic verses. It was built to signify the Muslim domination in Delhi & to call Azan. Qutb-ud-Din built only the first floor & his successors carried on the rest task. It is the first Muslim great architecture in India. It’s a sandstone tower. It has some other structures around it.

I just mentioned about two architectures of Delhi. Also there are Red Fort, Delhi Jama Masque, Redemption church & many more that you can’t finish visiting in a couple of days.

You can have a daylong tour in the city and see a lot of places which will refresh your mind without any doubt.

When any one makes a plan to visit different spots in Delhi, the historical places get the top most priority. Delhi is full of places which have immense historical value. Because it was the capital during the Mughal and British reign. You can go and visit the Delhi Red Fort which was built by Mughal emperor Shajahan in the 15th century. It is a magnificent fort and very much adorable in case of its architectural structure. Later it was also used as the centre to rule the British colony. Then you can visit the Humayun’s Tumb. Mughal Emperor Humayun is buried there. Then you can go and visit the famous Kutub Minar.

These are the structures of the Mughal Reign. For watching the structures of British reign, you can go to see the India Gate. It is a great monument in the shape of a gate. It is treated as one of the important places which uphold the spirit of Independent India. If you look through the two walls of the India Gate, you will see the large dome of Rastrapati Vaban which is the residence of the President of India. With special permission, you can visit the surrounding area of it. You will also see the adjacent Lokosava which is the national assembly house of India.

These places will give you a really entertaining and memorable day. You can hire a taxi for whole day to visit these places.

Widespread effects are being observed in Noida(India) after sealing of illegal mobile towers in Noida. 250 out of the 600 illegal towers are already sealed and the action could be taken anytime against the remaining illegal towers. The sudden action against illegal towers have created a serious connectivity problem for the subscribers in Noida region.

According to the guidelines, mobile towers should not be located in the 100 meters radius of schools, hospitals and other residential areas. Also the mobile operator must take a No objection certificate from residential welfare associations.

According to a senior Noida official, it is here that the crux of the problem lies as mobile operators installed towers without taking clearances and now the authorities are sealing all illegal towers.

On the other hand, mobile industry associations are crying foul, alleging that the civic authorities did not give them time or notices before taking action. To get immediate relief, they are even contemplating moving court to end the sealing drive.

The impact of the sealing drive could be seen easily, Consumers are facing call drops and frequent disruption of Internet connectivity.

Meanwhile, the crisis could hit mobile users in Delhi telecom circle if authorities in the Capital decide to follow suit. Officials of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) will take up the issue on Friday. Said a senior MCD official, “We are going to meet the deputy commissioners of all 12 zones to assess the ground situation and to verify if the initial list of 900 illegal towers in the city is correct. We will then initiate action against the illegal towers. A meeting with various stakeholders is also expected to take place to discuss the cellular tower policy.”
