JMM chief Shibu Soren today today sworn in as chief minister of Jharkhand for the third time at a ceremony at Morabadi ground in Ranchi withe the support of BJP.

But it is really a shameful for Democracy, when People like Soren who was convicted by Delhi Trial Court for murder of of his secretary Shashinath Jha easily become chief minister of state due to opportunistic alliances of Political parties.

Party like BJP, who was against Soren and calling him a Murderer before elections now supporting him to make its Government.

According to Vijay Nath Jha brother of victim Shashi Nath Jha said ” Now it would be difficult for me to get justice and to fight a legal battle against chief minister. The person should be in Jail. BJP has shown its true Colors by supporting a murderer”

According to Victim Family , They are getting numerous threats from Soren and his supporters to create pressure so that they withdraw case against him. The next hearing on Case is at Supreme Court of India on March 8,2010.

On the Other Hand Sushma Swaraj, Leader of Bhartiya Janta Party gave excuses to justify the BJP decision to Support JMM. But she could not give any answer about the absence of BJP leaders from the oath ceremony of Shibu Soren.

History of Sushma Swaraj :- She has been a minister in Haryana, chief minister of Delhi and has contested Lok Sabha elections from Haryana, Delhi, Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh.
