Top 20 Polluted Cities in India

According to a list released few days back by Environmental Ministry, which revealed India’s top 20 polluted Industrial hubs. It won’t be a good news for Narendra Modi after seeing that top 2 polluted industrial hubs are From Gujarat only.

Uttar Pradesh has the most polluted suburbs in the overall list but State government don’t cares about it at all.

This List is Based on Studies Done in 2009 so i think is the most accurate list on web

1.Ankleshwar–Gujarat
2.Vapi–Gujarat
3.Ghaziabad–Uttar Pradesh
4.Chandrapur–Maharashtra
5.Korba–Chhattisgarh
6.Bhiwadi–Rajasthan
7.Angul Talcher–Orissa
8.Vellore–Tamil Nadu
9.Singrauli–Uttar Pradesh
10.Ludhiana–Punjab
11.Najafgarh drain basin — Delhi
12.Noida — Uttar Pradesh
13.Faridabad — Uttar Pradesh

I can only get the list of 13 Cities Till Now. Please let me know If you know about other cities and I can add them here.

    Very Interesting post. I completely understand Canada on the clean list, it is no surprise, and I would be amazed if it didn’t make the list. But one i was surprised about was Minneapolis being on the ‘cleanest’ list. You’d think it wouldn’t make the cut. Very interesting, keep up the good work!
