There are total 14 official languages that have been recognized by Constitution of India.

Standard Hindi

Family – Indo-Aryan, Central
Number of speakers – 130 million
State -Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Arunachal Pradesh, Bihar, Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh, the national capital territory of Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand

Kashmiri

Family – Indo-Aryan, Dardic
Number of speakers – 5.5 million
State – Jammu and Kashmir

Konkani

Maithili
