Are you Facing Problem While Hibernating Your Computer  and Receive Following Error Message :-

Insufficient System Resources Exist to Complete the API

This Problem occurs For two reasons :-

1 . You are Using Windows XP SP 2

2. RAM installed on your computer is more than or equal to 1 Gb

Why This Problem Occurs

This problem occurs because the Windows kernel power manager cannot obtain the memory resources that are required to prepare the computer to hibernate.

Effect

Your Computer Don’t Hibernate and Hibernate Feature Would get disappeared from your Control Panel . You need to Restart Your computer to see the Hibernate Feature Again .
